Performance Evaluation & Merit Recommendation for Student Assistants

Physical and Biological Sciences has an optional merit program for student assistants to be administered on an ad-hoc basis so that supervisors may submit a recommendation at any time during the year. All merit increases will be effective the first of the month following receipt of the recommendation.  If you would like to submit a merit recommendation for a student you employ, please return the Evaluation and Merit Recommendation Form (below) to the Physical and Biological Sciences Business Office.
