Administration > Business Office > Personnel/Payroll > Staff Employees Alternate Schedule or Changes in Time Alternate Schedule or Reduction in Time Employees requesting to work a reduced work schedule, should contact their If working or requesting a nonstandard work schedule, e.g. 4 10-hour days, employees should discuss time reporting with their Payroll/Personnel Representative, e.g. reporting time during weeks/months having a holiday, or when taking vacation. This is especially important for part time employees. For additional information, see instructions for reporting holiday hours. Increasing Time Worked Contact your Personnel/Payroll Representative if you are considering increasing your time.
